What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with clients to ensure their coverage meets their needs
Educate and advise customers on insurance options
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and close sales
Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions

What We're Looking For:

Currently licensed in insurance (required)
Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and active listening
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
Detail-oriented and proactive
Comfortable using computer-based tools and software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

This position is with an independent agency and is not a direct role with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of independent agencies must meet all licensing and training requirements.
