Job Description

  • Represent clients in immigration, criminal defense, traffic matters, and occasionally family law and personal injury cases.
  • Handle some daily court appearances, often virtual, with varied schedules.
  • Conduct client intakes, consultations, and ongoing communication to manage expectations.
  • Review and manage discovery, case files, and related documentation.
  • Draft and file legal complaints and obtain necessary records, such as medical documents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive legal support.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to further develop your legal skills.

Qualifications

  • Active bar license in New Jersey OR must be close to being barred (relocation assistance available).
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
  • Recent law school graduates or attorneys with limited experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
