Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in-store, sharing your expertise on solar energy products and solutions.
Identify customer needs and tailor presentations to highlight the benefits of solar energy for their homes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the store team to create engaging promotional displays and events to enhance the visibility of solar products.
Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the store.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, preferably in home improvement or renewable energy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers.
A passion for sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries.
Basic understanding of solar energy technology is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
