Job Overview

As a Bilingual Recruitment Specialist , you will play a key role in identifying, screening, and recruiting top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and manage the full-cycle hiring process in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions ranging from entry-level to senior roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events.
• Conduct interviews in both English and French to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Present candidate shortlists with recommendations to hiring managers.
• Assist with bilingual onboarding and new hire documentation.
• Track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluency in French (Quebec) and English (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse candidate pools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for specialized roles or specific industries.
• Familiarity with bilingual onboarding processes.
