Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Business Development Associate to join our dynamic and expanding team. As a Business Development Associate , you will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities , building strong client relationships , and helping to expand into new markets . Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business growth opportunities in both existing and new markets to drive expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business success and retention.
  • Conduct industry research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential clients, optimizing business development strategies.
  • Assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations to showcase the company’s services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales , and other departments to ensure business development strategies align with company goals and objectives.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences , and industry gatherings to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.
