The ideal candidate will always be smiling and positive, have great energy and take initiative. Must have a strong background in formal meal service, cocktail and drink preparation and luxury lifestyle care. This role involves travelling with the family. Private lodging and all expenses are paid for. Close coordination with household teams ensures consistency and excellence in service.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level meal service for lunch and dinner, including cocktail and drink preparations, on a daily basisTravel with the family to multiple residences, ensuring seamless transitionsManage packing/unpacking of food and drink supplies and, as well as personal items across homesFormal table service, teas, aperitifs, cocktails, mocktails and assist with all aspects of private mealsMaintain floral arrangements, decorations, household ambiance, and in-residence presentationLiaise discreetly with household staff to ensure all service standards are upheldHandle personal errands and special requests with discretion and efficiencySupport calendar and schedule coordination in collaboration with household and office staffPerform physical duties as required, including standing, lifting, and assisting with setupCandidate Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting UHNW families or individualsStrong knowledge of formal service, etiquette, and lifestyle managementExpertise in mixology, including teas, juices, shakes, aperitifs, digestifs, cocktails, mocktailsExperience coordinating floral arrangements and maintaining luxury home standardsAlways smiling and positive, always taking initiative, excellent interpersonal and communication skillsSpeaking Spanish and/or French would be an advantage, although not requiredHigh level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detailPhysically capable of standing for long periods, lifting, and handling household itemsValid Drivers License and clean driving recordValid passport and ability to travel freely between Canada and the U.S.Canadian or U.S. citizenship is REQUIRED, both citizenships or residency would be idealCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary, based on experienceAll travel-related expenses covered, private accommodations are provided at each location (apartment, hotel, condo)Generous holiday and paid time off (minimum 2 months off per year) aligned with family calendarComprehensive benefits packageAnnual bonus potential based on performance.
