• Enhanced financial package with a $260k guaranteed minimum annual compensation (increases with years of experience), plus $75k in flexible sign-on incentives

• Variety of cases including: general, bariatric, neuro, urology, endo, ENT/head and neck, ortho, vascular, thoracic, OB/GYN, plastics, trauma (Level I), and peds (Level II); cardiac is covered by a dedicated team
