ABOUT THE ROLE:
FreshTax is growing, and we’re looking for driven individuals to join our team as Client Intake Specialists. You’ll be the first contact for clients actively seeking help with their IRS tax debt. No cold calling — these are inbound leads who have reached out to us for assistance. Your role is to gather key information, qualify their situation, and set them up for success with our Resolution Team. COMPENSATION:
Unlimited Earnings Potential! The harder you close, the more you earn.

• Base Pay: $17.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours per week)
• Commission: Top performers average $8,000 - $15,000 per month
• Annual Earnings Potential: $75,000 - $200,000+ per year

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Speak with inbound clients who have requested tax relief assistance.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand their tax situation and financial challenges.
• Qualify clients for resolution programs and schedule consultations with our senior team.
• Follow proven scripts and training while building genuine connections.
• Document client information accurately in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed personal and team performance goals.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to learn.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• No prior experience needed - we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
