What You’ll Do:
You’ll lead the charge from the initial planning stages all the way through to final construction. You’ll take pride in steering multiple projects to successful completion, on time and within budget. With your seasoned expertise and our robust resources, you’ll consistently deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure efficiency and success.
Select and manage top-notch subcontractors, materials, and equipment to deliver the highest quality work.
Monitor progress, maintaining clear communication and ensuring strict compliance with safety and building codes.
Act as a hands-on leader who thrives on solving challenges and inspiring the entire project team.
Stay ahead of potential cost overruns by keeping meticulous track of construction costs.
What We’re Looking For:
A construction professional with at least 5 years of proven experience in ground-up construction and project estimation.
A driven leader who knows the ins and outs of contracts, construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
A skilled organizer and communicator, able to manage schedules and relationships with ease.
Someone proficient in construction scheduling software and eager to leverage technology to drive efficiency.
