Job Description

Our client, global media company, is looking for a remote Controllership Project Manager to join their team! This will be a fully remote role with candidates needing flexibility to work eastern-timezone hours. The successful candidate will have a financial systems implementation background, a strong understanding of financial accounting and close processes, and excellent project management skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Role Overview:

• Contract Role: 12 months
• Pay: $115-125/hr on W2
• Schedule: Fully remote, ET time zone hours flexiblity is needed

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of workstreams for an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Implementation (R2R, S2P, A2R, P2R, O2C)
• Define and deliver solutions that meet operational and financial needs
• Coordinate and track progress of design sessions, testing cycles, and validations to meet critical business requirements
• Ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls
• Provide executive updates for progress, challenges, and strategic implications

Required Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of financial system implementations for global organizations
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (EPM Module experience is a plus)
• Experience working in the media, entertainment, or streaming industry is preferred
• CPA or equivalent accounting certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence across levels
• Agile mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
