**Job Title: Crate Builder and Warehouse Specialist** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Crate Builder and Warehouse Specialist. This role involves reading work orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and building customized crates for shipping products. You will also be responsible for packaging products and creating labels. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret work orders accurately. + Maintain precise inventory records. + Build customized crates for products to be shipped. + Operate hand tools, staple guns, hammers, and measuring tapes effectively. + Package products securely. + Create and apply labels as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in inventory management and warehouse inventory. + Experience in packing and warehouse work. + Skill in assembly, packaging, carpentry, kitting, material handling, and woodworking. + Competence in using production tools and techniques. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with Salesforce for Warehouse Management System (WMS). + Attention to detail, especially concerning product SKU numbers. + Strong documentation skills. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for growth and promotion within the location. The company is planning to create a replenishment group, providing further career development. **Work Environment** The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with flexible hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, and optional extended hours from 6 AM to 6 PM. The role is based in a large warehouse, which can be crowded with inventory and subject to temperature changes, being hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The environment is generally quiet, requiring independent work but encouraging questions when needed. The job involves lifting up to 50 pounds, with a two-person lift when necessary. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Murrieta, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
