Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed and motivated Customer Relations Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will use your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to build lasting customer relationships. You will identify client needs and offer solutions that maximize value, all while maintaining a customer-first approach.

As part of our team, you'll contribute to providing top-notch service and offering high-quality insurance and financial products. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, adaptable, and proactive—able to handle multiple tasks while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities

Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, following up as needed.
Use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both new and existing customers.
Conduct needs-based reviews to help customers understand their options and make informed decisions.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
Assist in the overall growth and development of the business.

Requirements

Must currently hold relevant insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
Prior experience in the insurance industry preferred.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proactive in solving problems and learning new systems.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
