Your Role:
As the Director of Manufacturing, you'll lead the charge in managing hardware-focused projects, overseeing the entire supply chain from planning and sourcing to production and delivery. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and in a cost-effective and sustainable manner.
What You'll Do:
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for hardware-focused projects, from concept through delivery.
Work with product development and software teams to define hardware specifications, timelines, and release schedules.
Develop and execute strategies for bringing hardware products to market, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
Track product milestones and timelines, ensuring all hardware products meet delivery deadlines.
Oversee product documentation, quality standards, and post-launch support.
Manage the full supply chain for hardware products, including sourcing, procurement, production, quality control, and distribution.
Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective product delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory, demand forecasting, and fulfillment schedules.
Proactively identify and resolve potential supply chain risks, including delays, shortages, and quality issues.
Analyze supply chain data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize processes.
Collaborate with the software team to ensure product feasibility within both hardware design and supply chain constraints.
Communicate effectively with clinical, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product launches and customer feedback.
Address bottlenecks across teams and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Lead initiatives to improve product delivery processes, reduce lead times, and enhance quality.
Drive sustainability efforts in the supply chain and product management processes.
Supervise and mentor staff, offering guidance and career development support.
Manage payroll, timekeeping, and administrative tasks for your team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
At least 7 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in manufacturing and supply chain management in healthcare hardware.
Proven track record in managing healthcare hardware products and cross-functional teams.
Experience delivering complex hardware products on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of the hardware development process, particularly in healthcare and remote patient care.
Knowledge of supply chain management, international logistics, and lean manufacturing principles.
Familiarity with agile product management methodologies and sustainability practices.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP systems) and product lifecycle management tools (e.g., PDM, PLM systems).
Familiarity with Salesforce inventory management and cloud-based mobile device management solutions (e.g., Jamf, Kaseya) preferred.

Remote position, with a preference for candidates based near the Dallas area.
Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasional travel for meetings and collaboration.
