Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with loading and unloading goods from the vehicle.
• Work with trash and recyclables.
• Help navigate delivery routes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers during drop-offs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Handle paperwork and documentation related to deliveries.
• Support the driver in adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a delivery or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license is a plus, but not required.
