We are a rapidly growing Plaintiffs Elder Abuse & Personal Injury law firm based in Los Angeles, CA , dedicated to advocating for vulnerable individuals and holding negligent parties accountable. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Elder Abuse & Personal Injury Attorney Associate to join our team. This role is an opportunity for a passionate litigator who wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients while growing within a supportive and dynamic legal environment.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Elder Abuse law and be prepared to handle a fast-paced caseload of elder abuse and personal injury cases . Candidates must be willing to travel throughout California to attend court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and depositions .

Prior Elder Abuse law experience is required , but we are willing to provide full training in Personal Injury law if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in elder abuse and personal injury litigation , including trials, arbitrations, and mediations .
• Prepare and draft legal documents , including pleadings, mediation briefs, trial briefs, and motions.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and settlement conferences throughout California.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop strong litigation strategies.
• Effectively manage case files, court deadlines, and document preparation .
• Communicate compassionately and professionally with clients, ensuring they receive outstanding legal representation.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and litigation plans .
• Lead and support junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff, fostering a strong team-oriented culture .

Requirements

• Active admission to the State Bar of California .
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Elder Abuse litigation .
• Strong trial, arbitration, and mediation experience .
• Ability to travel throughout California for court appearances and depositions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills .
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment .
• Passion for representing injured clients against insurance companies and negligent parties .
• Ability to lead and mentor team members within the firm.

Note: Both Plaintiff and Defense attorneys will be considered for this position. All applications will be handled confidentially , particularly for defense attorneys looking to transition to plaintiff work.
