Job Title: Electrical Technician

Location: On-site, Itawamba County, MS
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the ongoing operation, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems and equipment in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical systems.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
Install, maintain, and repair electrical components in a shop or production environment
Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices and make necessary repairs
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they result in equipment failure
Replace or repair wiring, fixtures, and other electrical components as needed
Collaborate with engineers, maintenance staff, and other team members to maintain system performance
Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately and thoroughly
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety protocols and electrical codes
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance (required)
Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques
Proficient with tools and equipment used for electrical testing and repair
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Must be able to commute to Itawamba County, MS (required)
