• Choose between day shift (7am-7:30pm) or night shift (7pm-7:30am)
• Structured work rota: 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days)

Key Duties Include:

• Efficiently responding to equipment breakdowns or site concerns
• Diagnosing issues and recommending corrective measures for equipment
• Inspecting mold parts routinely and replacing them as needed

Qualifications Sought:

• 2-3 years in a maintenance role within plastics or injection molding
• Hands-on experience with large tonnage equipment (4000ton)
• Familiarity with Italtech two-barrel machines preferred

Essential Skills You Bring:

• Basic mathematical ability and problem-solving skills
• Operation of forklift and crane equipment
• Mechanically inclined and tech-savvy
• Performing general maintenance efficiently
• Capability to work at varying heights
