Job Description

Overview:

The GM/Executive Director is responsible for the actions of the team and the overall reputation of the business. They play a pivotal role in our ability to achieve excellent operational execution, uphold a remarkable environment, and maintain balanced profitability. We are recruiting for a results-oriented individual who desires to be part of a successful business and team.

We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

  • Computer proficiency including e-mail, Microsoft Suite Applications, and data analysis reports

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure proper Chick-fil-A training and standards are taught and maintained
  • Lead weekly meetings to discuss key performance metrics, develop leaders, and communicate relevant business needs and information
  • Keep store in like-new condition through equipment and facilities maintenance
  • Ensure there are strategies and systems in place to achieve balanced profitability
  • Create and execute yearly business goals
  • Responsible for recruiting and selecting top talent
  • Coach and develop Team Members, Team Leaders, and Director(s)
  • Build talent pipelines within team, recognizing and developing individuals with leadership potential
  • Provide positive and negative performance feedback
  • Build team culture and morale

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude & strong work ethic
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Have the ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs on a regular basis
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
