+ Client Co-op Experience or Client Distribution/Transmission Experience desired
+ Client Lighting Design experience desired
+ Knowledge of NEC and/or NESC Specifications a plus
+ Displays team leader attitude when fully trained - "natural leader"
+ Excel at communicating ideas to team members; Be able to teach concepts that you learn.
+ Display a detail-oriented mindset. Desire to know the "why" behind the "how to do something". Seek to understand tasks, not just "complete" tasks.
+ Ability to work independently with little supervision
+ Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
+ Good communication and networking skills
+ Display attention to detail in work completion
+ Must have a driver's license
+ Must have a car or truck to use
+ Must be able to endure temperature extremes (Alabama summer and winter temps)
+ Must be able to walk on uneven terrain
+ Must be able to use basic tools - (hammer stakes in the ground)
+ Must have above average computer skills (Microsoft Office, Client priority computer programs)
**Education:**
+ Engineering Degree Desired - Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Industrial preferred; 0-5 years' experience.
