Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lateral Attorney with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong book of business and a proven track record of success in litigation matters. This position offers the opportunity for significant autonomy and leadership, allowing you to leverage your expertise and client base while contributing to the growth and success of our firm.
Responsibilities:
* Handling a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters
* Managing all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
* Providing strategic advice and counsel to clients on legal matters
* Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Mentoring junior attorneys and supporting their professional development
Qualifications:
* Admission to the Missouri State Bar (Kansas is a plus)
* 6-10 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on civil litigation, commercial litigation, or other related practice areas
* Strong track record of success in generating business and cultivating client relationships
* Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
