Role Overview: The Marketing Specialist will manage email marketing campaigns focusing on hospitality, property management, and insurance agencies. Responsibilities include generating high-quality leads, nurturing relationships, and expanding company reach. The position offers flexibility, including remote work, and is based in Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for various industries.
- Develop and implement email sequences, conduct A/B testing, and drive automated campaigns for engagement.
- Segment email lists using industry data to improve targeting and outreach.
- Conduct cold and warm calls to leads, build relationships, qualify prospects.
- Collaborate with sales for smooth lead handoffs and track progress in CRM.
- Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) to optimize performance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for prospects and leads.
- Stay current with trends in email marketing and outreach best practices.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years experience in email marketing, lead generation, or related roles.
- Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to tailor messaging for different industries.
- Ability to craft effective email content and scripts for cold/warm calls.
- Strong analytical skills to use metrics for campaign improvement.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a team.
