Your Role:
As a Teletherapist, you'll provide high-quality therapy sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of your clients while enjoying the flexibility and convenience of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and effective therapy sessions (45-60 minutes) via our secure teletherapy platform.
Perform comprehensive assessments to understand client needs.
Develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals.
Maintain accurate and timely progress notes.
Contribute your insights and expertise to improve our services and support our clients.
Become a valuable member of our collaborative and supportive team.
What You Bring:
Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia, with eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels.
Experience working with diverse populations.
A genuine desire to contribute to a growing team and share your ideas for enhancing client care.
A commitment to building a consistent caseload and growing with our practice.
Reliable high-speed internet access.
A dedicated and confidential workspace for conducting virtual sessions.
Comfort and proficiency in providing therapy via telehealth.
Licensed in multiple states is a plus.
