Nurse Manager – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – Night Shift
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Full-time | 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM | Night Shift | Weekend Rotation & On-Call
Salary Range: $40.00 – $58.00/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis

Provide leadership and clinical guidance for a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Support and collaborate with nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality neonatal care
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements
Assist the Director in planning, coordinating, and evaluating departmental functions
Lead performance improvement initiatives focused on clinical outcomes and patient safety
Participate in staffing, budgeting, and development of care protocols
Minimum 2+ years of recent acute care NICU leadership experience (Manager or Charge RN level)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Active Texas RN license or Compact License (must convert to Texas license within 60 days of hire)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
Strong understanding of Level III or IV NICU protocols and patient population

Unit Size & Team: Bed count and team size vary by census
