About the Role

Are you a seasoned Oracle HCM professional with a passion for transforming HR service delivery? We're looking for an Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk Implementation Consultant to lead a high-impact project for a prestigious public accounting firm. This is your chance to drive innovation, streamline HR operations, and enhance the employee experience remotely.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Charge: Own the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk, aligning with business goals and timelines.
• Collaborate & Strategize: Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Configure with Precision: Set up service request flows, SLAs, templates, and automation within Oracle Fusion.
• Integrate Seamlessly: Work with technical teams to connect HR Help Desk with other Oracle modules and third-party systems using OIC and APIs.
• Test & Validate: Develop test plans and lead UAT to ensure a smooth rollout.
• Train & Empower: Create training materials and conduct sessions for HR teams and end users.
• Support & Optimize: Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring Required:

• 5+ years in HR tech implementation; 2+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk
• Strong grasp of HR processes and service delivery models
• Proven experience in system configuration, integration, and data migration
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Master's degree or Oracle Cloud HCM certification
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Background in large, global enterprise environments
