Responsibilities:

Expert Guidance: Assess evaluations and create comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications:

Valid California physical therapy license
CPR or BLS Certification
Recent physical and TB tests (within one year)
Driver's License or State ID
Minimum 1 year Physical Therapist experience
