Your Role

Your primary responsibility as a Precision Molding Specialist will be to minimize mold change times and ensure equipment is ready for new production runs. Your tasks will include:

• Efficiently performing mold changes, managing auxiliary equipment, and maintaining mold integrity.
• Setting up molding machines, adjusting barrel heats, pressures, and timers.
• Ensuring safety standards are strictly followed to maintain a secure work environment.
• Keeping machines clean and functional by removing debris and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to attain a forklift certification (training provided).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Consistent attendance and reliability are crucial for success.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally perform physical tasks such as kneeling and crouching.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent vision, including depth perception and focus, is necessary.
