We're looking for a Brand Advertising Lead to drive the development and execution of our advertising strategy—aligning it with our corporate identity and key business priorities. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to oversee brand campaigns, trade show advertising, and creative projects that enhance visibility and engagement.

What You'll Do:
Develop and execute advertising strategies that align with brand identity and business goals.
Serve as the key liaison with advertising partners to ensure campaigns are on schedule, impactful, and in line with brand standards.
Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts, uniting various teams under a cohesive marketing strategy.
Plan and manage advertising efforts for trade shows to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
Handle ad hoc and off-cycle advertising requests, ensuring seamless execution while maintaining strategic consistency.
Oversee creative project requests and manage approvals for public-facing content.
Partner with search engine marketing (SEM) teams to optimize search visibility and campaign effectiveness.
Support budget management, including billing and invoice oversight.

What You Bring:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
Proven expertise in paid media and advertising strategy.
Experience developing and executing campaigns that effectively engage target audiences.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working at a brand or advertising agency.
Background in large, matrixed, or geographically dispersed organizations.
Experience in industries such as defense, aerospace, technology, or government.
Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders while handling challenges with diplomacy.
A passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $87,000 - $136,800 (based on experience, skills, and market conditions)
