Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers and sellers in the Portland Metro and SW Washington markets, providing unparalleled service and expertise .
  • Manage high-end transactions seamlessly , from client consultation to closing, ensuring a world-class experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients, developers, and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute premium marketing strategies to showcase listings at their highest potential.
  • Leverage our advanced CRM & AI-driven tools to track leads, manage client follow-ups, and streamline transactions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and provide clients with in-depth insights and strategic guidance.
  • Attend networking events, high-profile gatherings, and private showings to expand influence in the market.
  • Negotiate contracts and structure deals with expertise, ensuring optimal outcomes for high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

Active real estate license in Oregon and/or Washington

Proven track record in real estate with $7M+ in annual sales volume

Exceptional negotiation and sales skills , with the ability to handle complex, high-stakes transactions

Strong network of high-net-worth individuals, industry partners, and referral sources

Deep knowledge of the luxury market, pricing strategies, and market trends

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms, digital marketing, and real estate technology

Exceptional communication and presentation skills , with the ability to articulate value to affluent clients

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Self-motivated, highly driven, and able to work independently while excelling in a team environment
