Your Mission as a Senior Plastics Molding Leader
Step up as a Senior Plastics Molding Leader, where your experience will guide the direction of our 2nd shift operations. Embrace the daily challenges of overseeing production processes and ensure they run seamlessly from start to finish.

What You’ll Tackle:

Lead and inspire a team of 2-3 professionals in the injection molding department during the 2nd shift.
Expertly set up, manage, and troubleshoot molding machinery.
Oversee precise mold changes to meet production needs with efficiency and accuracy.
Uphold our commitment to safety and quality in every task undertaken by your team.
Conduct thorough inspections and schedule preventive maintenance to keep molds and machinery at their best.
Nurture talent by training team members to reach new heights in their roles.
Coordinate with engineering and quality assurance counterparts to resolve production challenges.
Keep meticulous records of production and maintenance activities.
Advance company policies, seek continuous improvement, and optimize operational efficiency.
Evaluate shift performance, driving enhancements in productivity and output.

Your Skillset Includes:

A high school diploma with additional technical studies in plastics or related fields valued.
Seasoned experience in the injection molding industry, especially with mold adjustments and team management.
Deep understanding of injection molding technologies, materials, and machinery.
Proven leadership and communication prowess.
Keen analytical skills for problem-solving and technical challenges.
Capability to work autonomously and make sound decisions.
Organizational competence and precision in detail-oriented tasks.
