Position : Social Media Manager

Working Schedule : 9a-5p EST

Salary Range :$1500-$2000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our presence across various social media platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies, building our brand voice, growing our audience, and driving engagement and conversions through social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Dive into performance metrics to track KPIs, analyze engagement data, and identify actionable insights to improve strategy and content effectiveness.
  • Assist with posting and community engagement efforts to foster growth and interaction.
  • Create short-form video content (e.g., Reels) for the upcoming months using insights gathered from team meetings and internal discussions.
  • While not responsible for originating content concepts, support the content creation process by helping facilitate alignment and focus among team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, etc.) to ensure messaging consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget, as needed.

     



 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing professional social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as:
    • ChatGPT
    • Semrush (for keyword research, SEO, and competitive analysis), and 
    • Manychat (for automated messaging and chatbot workflows) or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing social media performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
