What you would be doing: You will be working closely with the Administrator and Department Heads to create and manage staffing schedules and assures staffing levels are adjusted as needed to meet census and resident care needs. What your work schedule would be: This position will work between the hours of 7a-5p. The successful candidate: * Has a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. * Quickly grasps concepts and interrelatedness of budgets, overtime, and per patient day scheduling, and has the ingenuity to be flexible and manipulate schedules as needed. * Has strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, motivate, and gain commitment from team members. * Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. * Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.) Rewards and Recognitions: Our employees can take advantage of a menu of health coverage and other benefits. * Your hourly wage is based on years of experience.
