Role Summary:

Help us continue to surprise and delight our customers by taking a leading role in managing the delivery of our latest vehicle software! As part of the Software Technical Program Team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality vehicle software releases to external customers as well as supporting new product development initiatives and production ramp.

Responsibilities:
  • Scoping and planning software impacting changes, both consumer and commercial vehicles
  • Aligning software release plans to company and program milestones
  • Driving software-hardware integration efforts
  • Coordinating verification test plans
  • Coordinating cross-functional dependencies outside of the software organization
  • Prioritizing and driving issues to closure
  • Providing the program team and executive management progress updates
  • Conducting healthy escalations in advance of a deliverables going out of bounds
  • Identifying and executing continuous process improvements
Qualifications:
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical fields
  • 10+ years of Technical or Engineering Program Management experience
  • Experience leading the development and launch of at least 3 new products into production that involve software and electrical hardware
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Expert in agile and waterfall development process using Jira and other program management tools


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a software or hardware product development engineer
  • Experience in the automotive industry

Pay Disclosure:

Salary Range for California Based Candidates: $167,400.00 - $209,300.00 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).


Benefits Summary:
