The Role

We're hiring a hands-on Value Delivery Manager who combines AI fluency, marketing expertise, and client relationship skills to drive results  for enterprise marketing teams. You will lead delivery across key accounts by managing client priorities, creating and coordinating human and AI workflows, and ensuring every output is fast, sharp, and aligned with the project goals.  This is an individual contributor role where you will be hands-on keyboard daily, creating prompts and delivering marketing outcomes while serving as the primary client relationship owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Delivery & Project Management
  • Lead day-to-day execution of AgentC managed services across multiple enterprise accounts
  • Own intake, prioritization, deadlines, and resource assignment for each client workstream
  • Ensure all outputs meet brand standards, strategic objectives, and quality thresholds
  • Track progress, flag risks, and report performance across internal and client-facing channels
• AI-Enabled Workflows
  • Build prompts within AI platforms to deliver marketing outcomes
  • Develop AI outputs that translate client goals into actionable outputs
  • Identify automation opportunities that preserve quality and speed delivery
• Client Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Manage status updates, delivery reviews, and troubleshooting with client stakeholders
  • Translate client goals into actionable briefs and tasks for the delivery team
• Collaboration & Onboarding
  • Work closely with sales, solutions, and product teams to align on client needs and capabilities
  • Support onboarding with delivery plans, playbooks, and operational setup

Experience

• 5–8 years in marketing operations, digital production, or agency delivery or client facing sales & marketing roles
• Familiarity with enterprise marketing teams and their workflows
• Exposure to prompt engineering, LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper), and content QA
• Experience coordinating work across internal teams, clients, and freelancers

Core Skills

• Project and workflow management across parallel deliverables
• Client communication and stakeholder alignment
• Prompt writing and QA for AI-generated content
• Light analytics: interpreting performance data and optimizing accordingly
• Comfort using Martech tools (GA, CMS platforms, Conductor, etc.)
• Nice to have - experience building AI Apps & custom GPTs

Our Benefits and Perks:

Salary -The expected salary range for this role is $80.00 - $150.00 per hour depending on experience.
Knotch is a fully remote company. Candidates can work from anywhere in the USA for this position.
