We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative, communication, and task management support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible work environment, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities independently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and organizing office operations and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding insurance products and services.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to client information, claims, and policy documentation.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely communication and completion of tasks.
  • Engage in research to support various projects and provide insights as needed.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and client communications.
  • Support the team in updating and maintaining the company’s database and CRM system.

Essential Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Basic understanding of insurance terminology and procedures is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and office management tools.
