Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) Position Shifts: 12 hours shift, AM and PM Weekend Shifts Salary: To be discussed - pay rate varies depending on the position and client Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) are available for our Berwyn team! Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse Job Duties:

Nursing Skills Required: Experience with Trach Care, Vent Monitoring, Medication Administration, and Hoyer Lift
Provide direct skilled client care under the supervision of an RN
Work collaboratively with team to help meet positive client care outcomes
Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill
Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws

Position Requirements:

Current and unrestricted RN/LPN license in IL
1 year experience
Proof of eligibility to work in the US
Reliable car / auto insurance
Clean background and criminal record
