Job Description

Overview: As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. This dynamic role requires a highly motivated and disciplined individual with excellent communication skills, both over the phone and through email. The primary focus of this position is to set appointments, overcome objections, and contribute to the collaborative efforts of our team. Responsibilities: * Appointment Setting:

  • Proactively initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients with the goal of setting up appointments for the sales team.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to clearly convey the value proposition and benefits of our products or services.
Objection Handling:
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify and address objections raised by potential clients, fostering a positive and persuasive dialogue.
  • Develop and implement strategies to overcome objections through both phone and email interactions.
Daily Call Quota:
  • Meet and exceed the minimum requirement of 130 calls per day to maximize outreach efforts and generate a consistent flow of appointments.
Discipline and Time Management:
  • Maintain a high level of discipline in managing daily tasks, adhering to schedules, and consistently achieving set targets.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to ensure optimal time management and productivity.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other team members to share insights, collaborate on strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the business development team.
  • Foster a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
Critical Thinking:
  • Apply critical thinking skills to assess potential challenges, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine communication strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of successfully setting appointments over the phone.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions convincingly.
  • Strong discipline and time management skills to meet daily call quotas and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing insights and contributing to the success of the overall team.
  • Proficient in overcoming objections and adapting communication strategies based on client responses.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to assess and adjust strategies for optimal results.
