Monarch Investment is hiring a Seasonal Painter to help maintain our apartment community in Gainesville, FL. This is a temporary summer position — perfect for students, recent grads, or anyone looking for hands-on work with a great team.
Paint and stain interior and exterior apartment surfaces
Assist with unit turns between resident move-ins
Perform basic drywall patching and touch-ups
Keep workspaces clean and organized
Support the maintenance team with light repairs as needed
Experience with painting (residential or commercial) preferred
Basic drywall repair and light carpentry a plus
Must be reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently
Must be able to lift and use ladders safely
Available for seasonal work through the fall
$18/hour starting pay
Seasonal schedule – great for summer availability
