Job Description

What you´ll do

  • Monitor equipment to ensure optimum energy efficiency and uptime
  • Support HPS and drive continuous improvement mindset
  • Optimize department preventive maintenance program
  • Optimizes the selection of appropriate spare parts
  • Develop preventive actions to reduce costs and increase OEE
  • Work with Central Maintenance team to optimize resource utilization and maintenance activity execution
  • Support and drive training and development of maintenance personnel
  • Provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments as required
  • Eliminate re-occurring equipment problems

  • Associates degree strongly preferred 
  • Able to work 2:00 pm -10:30 pm
  • Demonstrated understanding of production equipment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicable tools, including electrical test equipment.
  • Must have good computer skills
  • Must be able to read and sketch mechanical drawings.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Initiative/motivation a must.
  • Good troubleshooting, root cause and critical thinking skills required.
  • 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience or assorted leadership training, or equivalent.
  • The position is in the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 55 pounds.  Must be able to reach, lift, bend and stoop without restrictions.  Good manual dexterity needed. All lifting must comply with OSHA standards.

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
