The Specialist, Employee Communications & Experience is a passionate champion of our mission, Compass Values, culture and ensure our event strategies are meaningful and support our employees and the community at Rivian’s future manufacturing facility in Georgia. This position requires frequent event attendance which can occur on weekends and evenings. It may require travel to different areas of Georgia, including Atlanta, Covington and the surrounding areas.
