Recruiter/Sourcer RPO Consultant - Northeast US Based

Location: 100% Virtual. Must be on the EAST COAST of the US W2 Contract

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Corporate Sourcer to join our team and support 3 recruiters in sourcing top talent for corporate roles across Personal Bankers, Tellers, Branch Managers, etc. in the Banking Industry. This position focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, not full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing corporate recruiting, particularly in niche markets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source and screen candidates

· Support 3 recruiters by providing pre-screened candidates.

· Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.

· Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

· Screen out unqualified candidates and present qualified candidates to recruiters.

· Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

· Manage and track candidate sourcing efforts.

· As needed, this role will work as a client-facing recruiter for recruiters who are out of the office on PTO or based on business needs.

Qualifications:

· 2-5 + years of experience in retail banking, commercial banking, or wealth retail sourcing.

· Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

· Strategic Sourcing (Boolean, X-Ray, passive candidate sourcing, etc.), "Grassroots Recruiting (Career fairs, local advertising via billboards and fliers, door-to-door, etc.)", High Volume, Reporting.

· Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Comfortable working in a virtual environment.

· Based on the East Coast of the US

· Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent

Salary: $30-32/hr.
